Thanks to all of you, a family on the Pine Ridge Lakota Reservation in South Dakota has one more buffalo on their land. We are well on our way to adopting two more in the next month, due to recent jewelry sales and a generous donation from our friend Jane Perry. The Village Earth Adopt-a-Buffalo program is apart of a larger initiative to support Lakota families to reclaim, restore and utilize their remaining land base.
